APC Policy

Revista de Derecho does not charge authors any Article Processing Charge (APC) for the publication of accepted manuscripts. There are no fees for manuscript submission, editorial evaluation, peer review, or publication. Authors are therefore not required to make any payment in order to have their work considered or published in the journal.

Editorial and publication decisions are based solely on the scholarly quality, originality, relevance, and academic integrity of the submitted manuscript. The absence of publication charges does not influence the peer-review process or the editorial decision.

Readers can access the journal’s published content freely in accordance with its open access policy. The journal is committed to providing an accessible publication model that supports the dissemination of legal scholarship without imposing financial barriers on authors.
